Talent Bookers

  1. Read over the Rapper Booking Terms. This will go over each aspect of what is expected by the venue & Made Mondays coordinator. This may look like a lot of rules, and terms, however they are in place to keep this showcase organized and successful. Loose rules, mean chaos & disorganization when you organize a very complicated event that brings in 20+ performers every week.

  2. We pay 50% of what you book. This can be booking fees, or door sales:
    $20 door/$75-$150 booking fees or 3 Week package $300
    You can collect the payment and send ½ to us or we can collect the payment and send ½ to you. All will need to be sent prior to event.
    It is nearly impossible to get an adult nightclub in Hollywood to do this sort of event. My cost went up big time. Whatever deal was given at the original Crazy Girls or other venues is in the past. 50% is the most we can offer, to cover our high cost to operate this event.

  3. Your payment typically will be Tuesday, however if there is an excessive amount of event brite sales, it could be Thursday. (We get paid on Wednesdays from Event Brite) We can pay through cash ap or zelle only.

  4. We are not bringing in an abundance of Talent Bookers. Just a few. If you do not book artists, we will cancel you as a talent booker. In the past we offered this everyone. We only want a few good ones and not a bunch who waste our time.

  5. Booking other Talent Bookers artists- Be sure to book artists that you know and have worked with you prior. New artists are fine however, none can have been booked by Nightlife Empire at any Made Mondays. We also do not want conflict with other bookers.

  6. We prefer less artists, who pay the upfront fee, and bring in a crowd. We don't want 20 artists on a list with no prepay, and 2 show up. We won't make flyers or guarantee any of them a slot. In the past we lost thousands of dollars on design with no show artists. We won't do that this time. We want the artists who are willing to prepay, get the flyer, follow the rules, and bring people in. If you have others that want to pay at the door, that will only be OK if we have the time slots available, which may be rare once we get popping. Try hard for prepays if you can.

  7. If you would like an event brite code, to track all your artists and sales, we can make you one. We can take screenshots on Tuesday once we see what comes in. We can also screen shot your Artist List and Tallys the next day.
